Omar’s geometry stems not from a formal gesture but from its intended use: the bedside table is oriented toward the person lying in bed, making openings and shelves naturally accessible from a reclining position. From this intuition, its triangular shape was born, designed to facilitate the daily act of reaching and putting away objects.
Its single-material structure houses integrated compartments—either exposed or concealed by a door—creating an interplay of solids and voids.
The optional marble top becomes a structural element, lending the bedside table a refined touch.
