The oak frame, offered in a matte finish, expresses a sober materiality and a sensibility of Nordic origin, while the design reinterprets elements of Italian tradition, such as the curved armrest of the Chiavarina chair, in a contemporary key. This research is accompanied by an advanced production process, in which the precision of technology restores formal coherence and executive quality. A distinctive element of the collection is the woven cork cord backrest, whose deliberately sparse weave introduces visual lightness, structural tension, and comfort. Completed with a slatted frame and padded seat, Alvar thus defines itself as a measured balance between tradition and modernity: not a reference, but a reinterpretation, designed to last and naturally accompany daily use.
